That seems to be within documented behavior for Int32x4.bool (read: constructor is completely undocumented, I have no idea what it's intended to do).

The documentation for double.toString says:

Returns "NaN" for the Not-a-Number value.

That's not entirely covering, because there is no "the NaN value", there are 253 -2 of them.
Still, I'd prefer if they all printed NaN without a sign, no matter what the sign bit is.

Although this is not a double, it's the toString of float32x4, it may want to follow suit. And we should document it.

(That still leaves the question of why the bits differ.)

It's concerning that intrinsified version has output lanes that differ even though all the input lanes are the same.
