For now, I'd also keep both the enhanced-parts and the augmentation features as part of a single "augmentations" launch.
Do we have a separate experiment flag for augmentations, or is it all under "macros"?

We did reach some general consensus that at least the "enhanced parts" feature could be separated out, and that we do want to create a new and separate experiment flag for it. This would not actually include augmentations though, because they are now totally decoupled from the ability to spread implementation across files (augmentations are also allowed in the main library file).
I don't think we want to actually launch it separately though. But we can treat it as a separate project.
