Include "Location" heading in failing test output for all failures about ward

If I understood you right, you mean to change the output_test_failed_location method to something:

    def output_test_failed_location(self, test_result: TestResult):
        if isinstance(test_result.error, TestFailure):
            print(
                indent(colored("Location:", color="cyan", attrs=["bold"]), INDENT),
                f"{test_result.test.path.relative_to(Path.cwd())}:{test_result.error.error_line}",
            )
        elif isinstance(test_result.error, AssertionError):
            print(
                indent(colored("Location:", color="cyan", attrs=["bold"]), INDENT),
                f"{test_result.test.path.relative_to(Path.cwd())}:{test_result.error}",
            )

(Haven't passed on error_line yet in above change though.)

This is available in Ward 0.39.0b0 and beyond.
