At first i thought there is an easy fix, but apparently because of buttons box "fixed" behavior it is much harder.
As a temporary fix: Have you tried setting width of tinymce in percents?
Setting to 100% looked good to me, or also limit by max-width if you don't want it to stretch full width.
Because of what i see in picture, you have fixed width, and i think setting fixed width for tinymce is not such a good idea.
