The library: no - it uses whatever ado.net provider (and version) that your code gives it
The tests might; we'll update them next time we're passing, but I'm not actively concerned about this - it isn't "live", there's nothing to exploit, and we control everything. But yes, we do and will update the tests.
But: this presents zero risk to you as a consumer; again, to emphasize: the library doesn't take any ado.net provider reference.
