The current decision is to implement all the above except for universal controller, as this is too heavy for the current timeline.
Although we will not implement a universal controller I think we should prepare for it. Namely, the schemes should save the data of organizations according to their Avatar and not Controller. And should also state the avatar they are addressing upon calling the controller.
