Alternate Headers about md-data-table

I think something like a container is needed for the right aligned icon buttons as shown in the design specs under the Header & footer padding section. This is to give proper padding as according to the design specs. Because they have different paddings than the normal md-icon-button given in the Angular Material library.

Would love the ability to add in icons to table headers

Hmm the icons would be tricky. If we force the developer to register the icon with the mdIconProvider then maybe we can set the icon via an attribute. We would need multiple attributes really.

Maybe I should take a different approach to column headers and let the developer have more control over the template. I could do something like the md-list component where there are recommended templates and containers but you are free to do whatever you want really.

This would require a lot more markup from the developer though.
