Apparently I found an answer. Twitter::Extractor::extract_urls returns an array of links, so I need to get a specific element of array.

Now my code is something like that:

url = Twitter::Extractor::extract_urls(self.name).first
    if !url.empty?
      encoded_url = URI.encode(url)
      feed_url = Feedbag.find(encoded_url)
    end

As a suggestion, maybe check if the entered argument is a string or an array. If it was an array of URLs check each one for rss / atom feed.

You're welcome to send a pull request supporting passing an array to find(). I had not heard of this issue before as the documentation only specifies strings. I agree that this could be more self-explanatory.
