@Alexandr-Du Right now you have to call Query::addFilter() for each object_id, for example:

// ...
$objectIds = [1, 2, 3];
foreach ($objectIds as $objectId) {
    $query->addFilter(Query::OBJECT_ID, $objectId);
}
// ...

I plan to add the ability to pass multiple values to Query::addFilter() in a future release though.

@Alexandr-Du You should now be able to achieve what you want by using for example

// ...
$objectIds = [1, 2, 3];
$query->addFilter(new SimpleFilter(Query::OBJECT_ID, $objectIds));
// ...

Note: this is available on master only until I release 1.2.0. Feel free to reopen this issue if needed.
