Add PDF to text parser
Requirements:
- Extract TOC, text per page
- Assign pages to sections
- Also extract tables
- Fallback for printed documents --> OCR
Libraries:
- pdfplumber (based on pdfminer)
- Apache Tika (supports OCR via tesseract)
Setup data pipeline
Steps:
- Optional: Scrape annual reports + sustainability reports from company websites
- Convert PDF's to text + metadata (see #1)
