Ankidroid doesn't have addons as far as I'm aware, so no. You could however solve your cards on mobile and log on PC to have the addon sort the cards, since all it really needs is your answer history to work, which is available to the addon on the PC even if you solved your cards on Ankidroid.

I used to use Ankidroid exclusively while solving cards, but once a week or so when I had to add new cards on PC, the addon updated the interval.
