Found the "problem".
The file I've downloaded from Actions for some reason doesn't work for me.
However the one from the releases section does!
Finally got the entire AltStore stuff running on one raspbery pi!

Tried the arch64 version from hereHere and it seems to be working.
I’ve changed to SideStore though and gave it a try using this app. And it did refresh just fine.
