tau_p about causemap.jl

I apologize for my late response--I was out of town last week. I should be
able to get to this by the weekend.

I'd do it today, but I'm turning in my dissertation in a few weeks, so
there's a lot flying around.

This has been fixed in v.0.0.2. Use Pkg.update() to get the latest version. Let me know if you run into any issues!
