typescript types about blitzar

I did not generate it. It's 'manually' typed. Not really because most of it it straight from the source code itself:

1. i copy all the lines for props from BlizzField

2. i paste it

interface BlizzFormProps {

}

3. edit it into correct typescript

It should do the trick for now, until someone creates proper type definitions for all packages.

@RobinRadic how did you generate this file? in the future I'd need to auto generate this.

It will be easy once the entire library uses Vue 3 and TypeScript (planned) but in the meanwhile I'm interested to know how you generated this file!
