Your solution almost solve the problem, one thing I've changed to solve it completely.

I replaced

#[Column(type: 'primary', name: 'group_id')]
#[Column(type: 'primary', name: 'block_id')]

to

#[Column(type: 'integer', name: 'group_id', primary: true)]
#[Column(type: 'integer', name: 'block_id', primary: true)]

because of with a type: 'primary' a default value with not existing sequence was set.
It was like nextval('wall_block_group_id_seq'::regclass).

}

#[Table(primary: ...)] and [PrimaryKey([...])] add a primary key to existing columns, but in this case, you don't have them. "group" and "block" are relations and they are not regular fields in the schema.
