Debug progress:
Checks to complete
- Check data binding specific Table view code
- Time filters update table properly
- cache is invalidatad after filter change
- reloadData called after filter change
- all unit tests pass
Note: preview view show the correct value from historyService.items (how the error was discovered!) #154

Dict store is not filtering as expected. String items list : dict mismatch.
