Detection of extension is invalid, not accounting for querystring about curl

Is "script1.js" a module or non-module (plain old js file)? Or both?

If it's a non-module file, it's a bug. If it's a module, then it's a new feature since I hadn't accounted for that. :)

In this case it's not a module ("js!"), but it creates the request wrong either way.

curl.js uses a regex to attempt to avoid assuming that dots in the path indicate an extension. e.g. a simple search for a dot would flag mylib-3.2/foo as having an extension (".2/foo" being the extension).

I updated it to use /.\w+($|[?#])/ to still detect the extension even if ? or # follow it.
