Why do you need players to claim areas on unloaded chunks?

The expected usage is that the player issues the "/gal claim " command and they are given an area in the gallery, potentially thousands of blocks away from their current position, AND that the area is reset to the default area template schematic (if one is provided by the admin). Furthermore, I'm planning on teleporting the player to the newly claimed area, and for the teleport to work, I need to know the height to which to teleport; this can be obtained either from the area template schematic, or (if none provided) from the terrain itself only.

Closing this, since cooperating with the chunk generator means that the areas will no longer need imprinting; and even if they do, there's the gal reset command.
