When did you do the last git pull?
Can you press the WPS Button on your router?

I'm afraid I can't wait 30 mins... The wifi switch will have smell... due to like 60 times/mins on then off...
So the firmware is finding SSID or something?

Update: I can see Sonoff-xxxx SSID from the device. I can connect to it with no password. My phone have IP address 192.168.4.2.
Please advice...

Ah, I can connect to 192.168.4.1 and see the tasmota interface there so the flash was successful. It seems that I need to reconfigure the button or something in the firmware. Touch buttons don't work. Led isn't correct.
