Vibration not working about xoutput

Hi, I have checked the Microsoft documentation. I found that my Logitech device does not need all parameters to be sent according to specification. I changed the code to work as the specification says.

Unfortunately, I checked with dualshock4, but the vibration still does not work.
My system may have a problem.
I think it's better to get other people's comments.

Make sure all drivers are installed properly. If it is still not working reopen this issue.

You may try some force feedback test applications if it is working. Make sure they are not using XInput force feedback, but DirectInput force feedback instead.
