I'm reopening because it's still not on npm under this name

Also, the other should be deprecated on npm too

Did you deprecated the module without the s ?
You can do something like this:
$ npm deprecate postcss-custom-selector "Please use postcss-custom-selectors instead (with an S at the end)".from postcss-custom-selectors.
