Does it make sense to write a script to generate from one of these providers a base translation that could be tuned by a local speaker?

Could probably be chained with any other github action which returns a list of changed files (such as this one) and then just use Githubs recently released 'action composition'

translations will be easier I guess... using compare in VS code is maybe not the best and easiest way to do... 🤔
