What do you think about using it for defaulting of the region, and making region an optional param on every aws resource where it makes sense?

@soorena776 What level does the default region concept exist at? I'm guessing not at the API level, but probably at the SDK level? My inclination is that if it's not required to support a default region we should omit it and instead require it be modelled at the managed resource level.

@bassam @negz There is the notion of "default region", along with aws_key and aws_secret, which makes a profile in AWS.
- Should we support this notion in Crossplane?
- If yes, should default region be removed from Provider? Where would be the best place to store it?
