This isn't an error I have personal experience of, but Googling around suggests the error is caused by a corrupted zip file and the lines
error while loading , error in opening zip file
scala.reflect.internal.MissingRequirementError: object scala.runtime in compiler mirror not found.
makes me think this is the compiler that sbt has downloaded to build the source. Can you try deleting your clone of the repository and starting again?
