What happens when you open the preview. Does it not do anything or do you get an error in console?

i had 4 crates. the other 2 is fine, but this and one more having this prohbrem

Hmmm, so the error is because one of your crates's Inventory Name is bigger then 32 characters. Please go and check them all.
