I've seen #6 and I see it as prepare and code completely new section and think about its workflow.
This issue is just about moving few lines to index.latte

Understood, but I think creating new section is more appropriate - content will need a place for its growth.
Another thing is I don't want to redirect visitors from the main page to other sites before they see at least something more (like docs).
