Allow renaming of tables. about crate

i'll put this on our backlog, especially the "restores from backup" use case is an important point;
but probably a "CREATE SYNONYM" would also be sufficient for the backup use case?

hey @dobe thanks for being so responsive. Yes - I think 'create synonym' would also work for that use case, but it is still a little bit odd and isn't really a familiar feature to most developers.

However, either method would be sensible - I understand that ES may not have an easy way to rename the underlying index.
