Jetson Orin Nano 8GB shows only 6.3GB free ram about jetson-flash-manager

I've 7.2GB on my board, and that seems to be the max one can get on the Jetson Orin Nano devkit.
~10% is used for board supported functions (debug, etc.,)

Prior to writing this scripts, i did run the SDK Manager and got it working using a VM and this seems to fix the issue for me one and for all.

This issue needs a one-time fix, updating the board firmware. I'll need sometime to have a look if this can be fixed from the board or if SDK Manager is the only viable option.

If you have an urgency in fixing this, i recommend using the SDK manager and install on a SD Card. You dont need to install anything on the NVMe for this fix.

If you can wait, i'll try some options and let you know if an alternative exists.
