Sublime Text 3 - Carriage Return markers show on format about beautifyruby

Okay, I've figured this out. You need to change your line endings to unix. When you do this and save and close and reopen it, it doesn't add an extra line. The main reason is windows adds a CRLF and Unix adds an LF.

The formatting entries are only temporary. Once SB3 is closed and reopened they don't show anymore.

I'm still seeing CR at the end of every line, I've tried your suggestion of changing the setting to Unix style line endings but I still get CRs.

Maybe It's a bug of Sublime Text 3.

I have the same problem on OSX. Any update? If I run the command htmlbeautifier all works fine. If I save a file in sublime 3 with the option run_on_save: true the end of file newline is removed.
