The libVA dependency is a bit annoying. Looks like only Linux is really supported?
If you'd like to create a new hunter package for it, please go ahead.

I use IMSDK on windows by downloading the build from Intel,
I just realized that it is also available on github, In a brief try I could not build the windows version with cmake. I'll try more
