@yoyo930021 但仍然需要臺北時間來讓遠道而來的人知道（臺北）當時大概是什麼時候，如果都是當地時間的話，出發前看時刻表就一點意義都沒有了

IMO, it should display local and Taipei time if local time is different from UTC+8.

If there will be a live stream, local time can helps online participants know when to watch stream or chat on IRC.
Taipei time can help offline participants know when to take sessions.
