Can't import npytools after pip install in conda env about npytools

Could you double-check that the pip executable that you used to install npytools is from the same Python environment than your neuropix conda environment?

Thks for your response. It is. To double check I reinstalled npytools with python -m pip install git+https://github.com/cortex-lab/npytools.git and the issue remains.

• python -c "import npytools" fails too?
• what if you clone the repo and do pip install -e . --upgrade in it?

python -c "import npytools" fails as well, but the local installation does solve the issue, thank you!
