Ability to create dashboard with custom set of metrics about polynomial

With the labels design:

• /?tags=forecasting,revenue
• show tags on each card (except if only one tag is shown)
• Show tags at the top
• Q: should tags be checkboxes (toggles) or just one filter? NO (see rationale)
• Q: filter using CSS?
• Rationale: quick change between dashboards is wanted (e.g. I wake up and quickly want to check the different tags)

With the dashboard design:

• Use chevron for dropdown / quickly changing between dashboards

Note: why not call it a view or a board??
Note: a metric can belong to multiple views. Do we automatically/dynamically create views? Or do we statically create them?
-> static because the order etc.. needs to be changeable.
