Compiler accepts invalid baseClass about jangaroo-tools

Thanks for reporting this.
Please move this issue to http://jangaroo.myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issues/JOO (no need to register; simply click Google icon to login with your Google account if you have one), where we track Jangaroo issues because Github's issues feature sucks.
Concerning the bug: my guess is that WfProtocolListPanelBase is imported from wrong.packagepath (please post the complete generated class!) and the fully qualified name after extends is simply ignored when a class can be resolved by import. I'm afraid Jangaroo's handling of fully qualified names is a bit buggy, but the overloaded dot (hierarchical package name versus property access) is not the best syntactical choice in ActionScript (and in Java, too) in the first place.
