就是有时候要给客户提供jar包，但又不想被客户把代码反编译。所以只想工具只提供加密，不提供解密

你说的应该是混杂而不是加密，只能用对称加密，这个包就是启动时解密之后再运行的，既然程序启动时可以解密，用户也可以解密。。
