A release has been made 🎉
The metadata should also be up to date now.

I realize I didn't update the metadata when dropping support for mathcomp-1.9. So, at the very least, the metadata should correctly reflect the current state of affairs.

I just assumed both 1.9.0 and 1.10.0 were supported based on the metadata. It's fine by me with a release supporting only 1.10.0. In a roundabout way, this illustrates the point that releases/tags are a good way of signaling compatibility precisely.

Okay, I will make a release soon. What's the reason for requesting compatibility with mathcomp-1.9.0? I had discussed with @damien-pous , and we had come to the conclusion that we would not want to support more than the latest stable version and the current development version of mathcomp.
Indeed, as part of some general cleanup, I removed lemmas that were added to mathcomp-1.10.0. I could add them back to reestablish compatibility, but I would like to know why.
(The current CI setup doesn't even allow us to test against mathcomp-1.9.0.)
