Works only with github projects about auto-changelog

Hey @chemouna, thanks for the feedback.

I'm guessing this is probably because of this line, where the origin remote is assumed to be a github one. This should probably just accept any URL, although it would still need to detect bitbucket URLs so that issues in commit messages are parsed and linked correctly. For example, #3 in a bitbucket repo commit should link to https://bitbucket.org/user/repo/issues/3 if the remote is a bitbucket repo.

The script also assumes that there is an origin remote. Perhaps there should be a --remote option to specify this, that defaults to origin
