Transform: Javascript Transform about conduit

We already have a JavaScript transform but we need more work to get it into a good place:

* add support for it in the UI

* more tests to ensure it works like expected

* document how to use it

* add support for filtering records, not only altering them

Moved into the description of the issue and also created individual issues for easier tracking.
