Currently, it's not supported. The supported features for this library were originally derived from the data Wunderground.com provided with their API. They don't provide chance of rain (as far as I know...maybe I'm wrong). If you check out the API's of the supported weather services and see an easy way for me to implement it, feel free to post another issue (or send a pull request!). I personally want this as a feature, so it would be nice to find a clean solution that worked for all weather services.
I'm closing this issue, but I'll try to investigate it in my free time and see what I can do.
