Maybe not straight out of the box, but like for #17 extending QueryHandler with a simple hook would do the trick. Just catch any locale URL parameter and use it wit the i18n setLocale before the query is processed on the parent classes...
Also, translatable dataobject I think extend the db table horizontally, so you might always get all the different languages bfield anyway....
