box task run taskFile=build/SetupTemplate Doesn't Change Any Files about module-template

Update: I tried this in CommandBox 5.9.0 and still get the same problem.

I had the same issue and I figured out.

In my instance the cwd path was correctly resolved to E:\Sites\cf-eve-api\ however the token replacement path is /#variables.cwd#/** which would be /E:\Sites\cf-eve-api\

Windows does not seem to like this path as removing the trailing slash fixed the issue for me. Im unsure how linux would work with this change though Eg.
