RFC: Forget shouldn't delete keybase.io proofs about forget

I hadn't thought about that. This can be prevented by faving the proof and setting up forget to preserve faved posts... but it's still something that you gotta think of and that will catch you off-guard otherwise. So yeah detecting and preserving keybase proofs sounds sensible

I don't think it needs to be configurable. I can't really think of a reason not to filter proofs, and I'm kinda reluctant to adding more configuration options

keybase supports mastodon proofs too now. haven't looked into what their proofs look like
