When we consider about the employee in a company, the face lot of of problem with their mobile phone. So we focus on a one problem of them, "What will happen when mobile phone ring in a meeting ? " So we represent App and Device to save that employee from his manager. From this device we try to silent mobiles of employees when they enter to the confirence hall. At that time , if anyone call for that mobile automatically, message will be send by our application to that he is in a meeting. Then automatically reset settings of mobiles when they leave from the hall. because of that there will be no any disturbences for the meeting even if employee forgot to silent his mobile. By using this app we try to records and logs of meetings. We can use this to handle his mobile phone according to the any envirment in his workplace.
