Something like:

• 10:00 arrival, registration, coffee, cookies (or Weißwurst+veggie option & Brezn)
• 10:30 intro, what is Code for Germany / Munich
• 10:40 presentation of the existing projects, and other proposals
• 11:00 start working in groups – introductory rounds will be done in the groups, if needed at all
• 12:30–13:30 lunch ------------------------------
• 13:30–18:00 hack some more
• coffee & snacks available in the afternoon
• 18:00 present results
• 19:00 go outside, have some food & drink

Nehmt ihr an den Open Governmaent Tagen teil, und wenn ja, besucht ihr die Abendveranstaltung? Wenn Mehrere dort sind, dann wäre das eine gute Möglichkeit, sich kurz über die Projekte auszutauschen.

@digisus came up with the idea to do Hangouts inbetween our monthly regular meetings in order to present our group, our projects and gain new members.
When shall we start the first Hangout and who would host it?

Or whatever they're called

We should get sponsors for the venue and catering. Could be about 1000 €

we have to short Code for Munich presentations: one by Mario and ony by Natalia. Target is to update and merge them and make a more comprehensive presentation

Set up a Mumble group for us, clear with OKF, announce on ML

The current proposed dates are November 22 and 29. Both Saturdays. We could start at 10 or 11 – not earlier, otherwise we have to provide breakfast.

Marcus had the idea to get in contact with other code-prone groups in Munich aka their mailing lists. Any ideas?
