More context: Some employees save requests as PDFs to send to attorneys.

"Often I like to save copies of requests for future reference, for sending to others (often attorneys)…can we have a simple way of saving the request as a pdf to my PC? Otherwise, if my attorney needs to see the actual request to determine responsiveness and disclosability (a frequent need), my only current choices are either to tell them to access the app themselves (which will never happen), or a somewhat laborious copy/paste into an email."

This may be easier with a web-based system that can be access with a simple
url.
