Can include emails. Could we "forward" requests directly to the system and make it as simple as forwarding an email?

We could, but the chances of private information making its way in would be a lot greater.

I think we need to include these. If they need to be redacted, so be it.
Push the data forward as opposed to waiting for a pull.
