Hey @clamothe!
I think this is working as expected.
Returning Unit (aka. "no return value") is not the same as returning an ResponseEntity<Unit>, it's behaving the same way as returning a ResponseEntity<Void>.
Also, Hikaku can't know which behavior a user expects. Maybe some users think it should work like you propose, and some expect it to work like it does now.

Apart from what @lmller wrote, I don't see a possibility to retrieve the type of the generic.
