Norfolk SPCA Shelter is not working about cutiesinhamptonroads

I emailed PetFinder to see if they can fix the problem with the Norfolk SPCA on their site.

In my past experience with the Petfinder API (a few years ago), an individual shelter must opt-in through their settings to allow third party use of their listings.

These simple apps and widgets are always bargaining chips / talking points about expressing the value of providing open data.

If they had an issue before lets get them on board this time around.

I reported this issue to their help email and now it's working again.
