Something like this should work:

MASShortcut *shortcut = [MASShortcut shortcutWithKeyCode:VK_RETURN modifierFlags:NSShiftKeyMask];
NSData *shortcutData = [NSKeyedArchiver archivedDataWithRootObject:shortcut];
[[NSUserDefaults standardUserDefaults] setObject:shortcutDate forKey:kShortcutPreferenceKey];
