write some js function for fun

写一些js和golang的代码(类或者函数之类的小工具),也是在平时积累下来的代码
golang的代码单独放在了一个目录下，因为这不是一个可以下载的GitHub go项目，所以目录结构就是一个一个小的模块组成，也就是vendor目录
js代码其他的有控制 promise 并发(./promiselimit)的模块(爬虫专用)，canvas(./canvas)的小框架(酷炫的应用)，好用的**数据处理器(./datastore)等等。
因为这个项目没有给别人使用的意向，写这个
readme也只是为了解释一下它的存在价值，和我的另一个仓库some-note一样不对外开放,它积累了我对程序语言的一些理解和运用
